Retain composure to finish under pressure and react to finish loose ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on retaining composure to finish under pressure and react to finish loose ball. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back and drops to the cone behind. The coach then passes the ball back to the player who looks to open out and finish whilst being under pressure from the coach. The coach then throws the ball to the player who plays back first time until the coach rolls the ball into space for the player to react and finish. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
