Ball control and bounce passes to set in to space and finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on ball control and bounce passes to set in to space and finish. The drill begins with the coach throwing the ball to player 1 who looks to control and pass to player 2. Player 2 then sets the ball into space either side for player 1 to react and move in to space to finish. The players then switch positions and the drill repeats. The players should keep their eyes on the ball when controlling and retain contact through the ball when finishing. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps per player and should be completed at least three times.
