Sharp movement to finish and touching into space to finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on sharp movement to finish and touching into space to finish. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who opens out and passes back to the coach before moving around the coach. As the player moves round the coach they play the ball into space for the player to accelerate onto and finish. The player then looks to react to move around the cone to receive the ball and touch inside to open up the chance to finish. The player should show composure in front of goal and focus on placement over power. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
