Finishing circuit focusing on movement, reaction and composure
Description
In this session we are focusing on a finishing circuit focusing on movement, reaction and composure. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to set back and spin off around the front of the pole. The coach sets the ball into space for the player to move onto and finish. As soon as the player has finished the coach passes the ball to the player who sets back and repeats until the coach sets the ball into space for the player to react quickly to finish. The player then looks to the deeper cone where they receive the ball to open out and finish. The player should ensure that they retain composure and focus on finding the corners. Each set should consist of 2 - 3 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
