Win the header to spin and finish, react to touch and finish

Description

In this session we are focusing on winning the header to spin and finish, react to touch and finish. The drill begins with the coach throwing the ball in the air for the player to adapt and win the header. Once the player heads the ball back to the coach, they look to spin in front of the pole/mannequin to move in behind to meet the ball and finish. The player then looks to react to move to the cone where they receive the ball to touch ahead of the cone into space to meet and finish. When heading the ball the player should step back as the ball is thrown up to be able to then attack the ball. Each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
